Having served clients in technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and financial services for over 30-years, I formed Paul Bond & Company in 2009. We are a retained executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of managers and executives in the areas of risk management, quantitative analysis, strategy and finance.

As a niche player, Paul Bond & Co. enjoys several advantages. Our focused network of executives enables us to readily hit the ground running on each search. This translates into faster results for our clients.  Additionally, because of our unusually high ratio of repeat business, we concentrate on fewer clients. This means far fewer “off limits” restrictions and greater attention to each client.

To ensure the most effective service, I am personally involved in every stage of the search process, from candidate identification to final salary negotiations and candidate acceptance. This uncommon approach guarantees total client satisfaction.

Working with the client, I help to develop a profile of the ideal candidate, looking beyond the necessary skills and experiences to determine the personality traits and cultural fit a successful candidate must possess. Being aware that often the first impression a candidate forms of a potential career opportunity originates with the recruiter, I work with clients to articulate a clear, focused and positive message to the marketplace.  At the same time I provide the client with valuable feedback from the marketplace.   

We consider a search successful only when the newly hired candidate proves effective in the position, not simply when that candidate has accepted a job offer.  After the placement has been made, we follow up repeatedly with both the client and the new employee to ensure expectations have been met.

At Paul Bond & Company we recognize the costs involved in having a position go unfilled. We also appreciate the level of commitment a client makes when retaining an executive search firm. We are therefore committed to completing every search expeditiously. This philosophy is reflected in our pay-for-performance fee structure. After paying a search initiation fee, a client does not make a second payment until a list of qualified candidates has been presented and approved by the client. The balance of the fee is only paid to Paul Bond & Co. when the client has hired someone.
